How To Use Boob Tape

1. Clean and dry skin – Do not put moisturizer before taping
2. Cover Nipples – Use a pair of nipple covers to protect nipples
3. Measure & Cut – Hold tape over area to measure
4. Start Taping – Place tape under boobs and pull gently to stretch the tape onto your skin
5. Remove – Use rubbing coconut oil or moisture into and around the tape to weaken the adhesive. Then slowly pull tape off
